At this position I started working at the reception desk assisting customers with the intake of their dogs into daycare, boarding, grooming or training. I assisted with meal prep and daily cleaning. I then moved into a handler role in which I assisted daycare and boarding dogs in the play yard daily.

I assisted with meal prep and feeding, dispensing medication as well as many daily cleaning tasks. I assisted with temperament tests, as well as wellness checks. When I completed training through ISCDT I did an extensive two week hands on learning experience for dog training.

I solely worked with a shelter dog after for 2 weeks and got her adopted.
