Hi my name is Jessica Smith I'm 27 years old I'm from Watertown, NY. I'm here to share a little bit about me. I got into Housekeeping work force in 2021. I'm dedicated 5 years of cleaning skills. Other skills that I have, Great communication, Hospitality, HouseKeeping and customer service.

I was trained in the Operating Rooms, I cleaned 10 rooms every day. I was trained in Recovery and cleaned 10-15 rooms a day. I was trained in Pre-OP and cleaned 10-12 rooms a day at Samaritan Medical Center.

I also worked at Best Western University Park Inn, Potsdam NY Cleaning rooms and removing all the dirty items and trash, I would clean 12-15 rooms most days and other days I would clean 15-18 rooms by myself. I love taking care of others, Anything to help out the community is what makes my heart happy.

• Sterilize everything down
• Made beds
• Sterilized Bathrooms
• Stocked rooms up with clean towels, soaps and toilet paper
• At the end of the day, Stayed extra to do laundry and vacuum hallways

• If we were getting any type of new bedding, as we clean we are to switch the stuff out

• Prep food, Such has cut any meats and season them. Cut any vegetables and then wrapped everything, labeled it and everything went in the walk in freezer

• At the end of the night everything got washed, floor got swept and mopped in the kitchen and lobby
• Boss wanted me to move forward to learned how to make Fried Rice and to cross trained for lobby (One day our server was struggling I stopped what I was doing went out of my way to help. Gather 4 buckets of dishes, whipped down the tables. Boss was impressed)
