I currently work as an RSP IA at an elementary school but have previous HR experience. I am eager to return to the HR field, continue to build my skills and make this my long term career.
As an RSP Instructional Assistant I assist in the supervision and instruction of special needs students under the supervision of the certificated RSP teacher. That includes academic instruction for individuals and small groups. I am responsible for maintaining all instructional materials, attendance log, grade book and student files/records. Also I provide clerical support for teachers and front office when needed.
I graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Communication. I have a certificate in Total Rewards & the Role of Compensation & Benefits from ADP and am currently working on my certificate in HRCI.
