My name is Jesus and I am a current student at MyComputerCareer.edu. I am looking to start in the IT career field. I am determined and hard workin.
I have seven years working in Customer Service, Five of those years I worked in Mobile Retail as a Mobile Expert Representative at T-Mobile. In my five years working for T-Mobile, I was able to show my love for technology, which sparked my interest in IT. I was promoted to Lead Mobile Expert, where I trained and motivated my team to be the best in what we do. I worked alongside my manager and assistant manager to promote positive customer service and knowledge to future and existing customers.
I am a graduate student from Waltrip High School and current student at MyComputerCareer.edu in works on completing my IT certification programs.
