Prep: following recipes, portion control (weighing) package and labelling, storing in proper area, temp control, maintaining inventory updates, maintain clean work environment and good hygiene..
Grill cook/ cook: Proper temp on all foods especially raw. Washing hands and changing gloves. Portion control, plating neatly, able to move at fast rate.
