Hi, I just graduated from UC Berkeley with Computer Science major in May, 2024. I am capable to take roles as Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Analyst, Web developer, UI Designer, etc with my knowledges and experiences from my undergraduate courseworks, personal projects and research in Biocomputation Area.
During my tenure as a Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University, I had the opportunity to apply and optimize various machine learning algorithms, including random forests and graph neural networks, for biological data analysis. I also developed tools using shell scripts to perform molecular dynamic simulations, significantly enhancing computational eSiciency. My ability to translate complex research findings into practical solutions that drive eSiciency demonstrates my technical prowess and innovative mindset.
My academic projects further reflect my skills and dedication to the field. I have developed a Convolutional Neural Network to classify CIFAR-10 images, achieving an accuracy of 82.5% and ranking in the top 11% of a Kaggle competition. Additionally, I built a Random Forest model for Titanic survival prediction, implemented various classification algorithms for MNIST, and created a spam email classifier using SVMs, GDA, and Random Forests.
These projects have honed my ability to work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and develop robust machine learning models.
