Graduation Project – Highly Available Multi-Cloud Kubernetes Platform for Apache Guacamole - PlaySoft

• Designed and deployed a private Kubernetes cluster on Hetzner Cloud for production, with a disaster recovery environment on AWS EKS, fully automated using Terraform and Ansible.
• Implemented a CPU-based autoscaler to automatically scale the worker pool in and out, with email notifications for scaling operations.
• Centralized and secured secrets using HashiCorp Vault and the External Secrets Operator.
• Enabled clientless, multi-protocol remote access (SSH, VNC, RDP) through Apache Guacamole to Proxmox virtual machines and the Kubernetes cluster, exposed only through a hardened bastion host with no direct Internet access to the environments.
• Implemented real-time monitoring and automated alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager, dynamically synchronized with the live infrastructure.

End-of-Year Project – Multi-Cloud Pipeline - PlaySoft

• Designed a CI/CD pipeline to automate the creation of AWS AMIs and Hetzner snapshots.
• Provisioned images, integrated Slack notifications, and securely managed secrets through a Vault server.
