I work to improve the safety culture and reduce incidents. In my previous roles, I have developed expertise in implementing safety programs and conducting on-site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards and risks. I have also worked extensively to develop and deliver training programs to help employees understand and adhere to safety protocols, as well as to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.
I was asked by NPR National Public Radio to host a weekly talk show about training techniques.

I've been in safety most of my career. I was a training development specialist for AT&T. I struck out as an independent contractor serving companies throughout the US. I was safety, security and facilities manager for two start up companies in the credit card industry. And I spent 5 years in the construction industry as safety manager for an earthwork and demolition company.
High school diploma. I've taught DOT/FMCSA as an adjunct instructor at the university of Wisconsin.
