Jim Kateluzos

I have been in the office end of the Pittsburgh film industry, setting up offices for movie/TV productions, and running their accounts and logistics. I am taking online Google certificate courses to move into the world of IT. I am seeking employment in that field. I am willing to start out on the bottom at an IT Help Desk.

I have worked for six years, in the film production industry, on multiple movie and TV show productions for studios like Netflix and Sony Pictures. I worked in the production department and was responsible for setting up our various vendor accounts, handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, and managing the spreadsheets with the personal information for all of our cast and crew members. As a additional duty, I was frequently in charge of setting up printer and internet access for my coworkers. In the process I learned several IT skills and found I enjoyed helping solve computer problems.

I have a B.A in Film Production from Point Park University, class of 2013. Currently I am enrolled in the Google IT Support Certificate program through Coursera.
