I have over 20 years of experience in the IT industry ranging from consulting to financial services. During which time I have served in multiple program leadership roles bringing together stakeholders from various areas of the organization and technology in pursuit of common goals.
I consistently lead multiple simultaneous work streams, leading leaders and driving delivery from initial project estimation and budgeting through release. As part of my delivery leadership I have managed internal teams as well as vendors; brokering successful partnerships. As a leader; I strike a balance between guiding projects and project managers without micromanaging. I create an environment where risks are mitigated and issues are managed without jeopardizing delivery.
I have led small teams as well as large organizations, in each instance with a focus on delivery.
During my time at Accenture, I lead large complex system integration efforts with budgets exceeding $15 million.
My goal is to consistently strike a balance between delivering on our roadmap promise while still keeping my team engaged and growing professionally.
Graduated with a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania with minors in Math and English
