I have been actively engaged in academic and research fields for over 7 years, specializing in neuroscience, RNA biology, and neuronal regeneration. My journey started with my Ph.D. at Korea University, where I explored molecular mechanisms like Prom1 in axonal regeneration. Currently, as a postdoctoral researcher, I am delving deeper into RNA-binding proteins and their roles in calcium signaling and neuronal recovery.
Advanced RNA Sequencing Technologies, Live-Cell Imaging and Axonal Injury Models, AAV-based Gene Delivery, Transcriptomics and Proteomics Integration, Behavioral Phenotyping.
I earned my Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Korea University, where I investigated molecular mechanisms in neuronal regeneration, focusing on the role of Prom1 in axonal growth through lipid metabolism regulation. During my postdoctoral training, I specialized in RNA biology, exploring the roles of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) in mRNA translation, calcium signaling, and neuronal recovery. My education has provided a strong foundation in neuroscience, molecular biology, and advanced sequencing technologies, equipping me with the skills to tackle complex challenges in neurodegeneration and regeneration research.
