To continue to grow as a perioperative nurse and utilizing my skills and knowledge as a registered nurse in the manner that would provide safe and effective care to patients and support for their family members. I would like to further enhance my professional career by gaining new experience in the nursing field learning new skills and implementing new products and innovations to obtain better patient outcomes. I have recently achieved several certifications from National Laser Institute, would like to be able to start using these skills and get more hands on training.
Current plan is to complete a Master's of Science in Nursing Informatics and Education within in the next three years.

This Ambulatory Surgery Center main focus is Interventional Nephrology and Interventional Radiology. I function in all perioperative areas including the front desk. Function well and highly independent in pre and post-op, as the conscious sedation nurse and circulating nurse.
I assist the FA and DON with multiple tasks. The super user for our EMR system. Travel for the company when needed at other sites for training or staff needs. Order medications, running reports, creating PI projects, chart audits, and manage some of the EOC and Life Safety areas.
