I have worked in restaurants for a total of 4 years with most of those years being at Indian Accent (6 positions total). I have worked at the Marriot Marquis as an am server almost a year before transferring internally to a Manhatta event server currently.
Throughout all four years of high school I participated in a culinary program which helped me also volunteer in Careers Through Culinary arts Program (C-CAP). Later studied abroad in Italy for food culture and wine, continuing my studies in Monroe College, New Rochelle until the pandemic.
