Led a 12-member team of business analysts, quality assurance analysts, and UniData developers in creating and deploying finance applications for invoice processing, collections, AR functionality, AP enhancements, and master vendor data migration. Team-led requirements elicitation, documented current and proposed solutions, and offered prototypes for feedback from business stakeholders and project sponsors using agile methodologies.

Execute extensive user acceptance testing for both on-premise and Cloud-based finance applications. Implement a Cloud version of applications to promote scalability, business continuity, flexible work practices, collaboration, and reduced IT costs. Build ETL data flows to move data from UniData to PeopleSoft for integrated HR, finance, supply chain, and customer relationship management functions.

Engineer user interfaces (UIs), applications, and data management solutions that allow multiple user access, bypass long, complicated URLs, and speed up accurate data input. Compose modular test code and scripts for rapidly changing code, removing the cost and effort of fixing a defect during acceptance testing or after the software has gone live. Integrate data into Oracle data warehouses, program web application interfaces, link interfaces to databases, and host solutions in the Cloud.

• Realized a 35% decrease in manual invoice processing by automating invoice scanning and delivery amongst dozens of AP associates.
• Boosted AR and AP data visibility for Ferguson’s 1,400+ U.S. branches by providing Cloud offerings of existing, on-prem applications.
