Bilingual teacher provides English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to English Language Learners |
Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the district’s curriculum program and the dual language program, reflect accommodations for learning style differences, and show written evidence of preparation as required | Form relationships with parents, children, and co-teachers that are respectful of individual differences, family styles and cultural/socioeconomic diversity.
Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips |Plan and implement the Infant Toddler program in accordance with the policies, philosophy, and cornerstones of the Patagonia
Fulfill both short- and long-term substitute assignments across all subject areas, effectively teaching students of varied academic/age levels (grades K-12) and diverse cultural backgrounds. Instruct classes of as many as 24 students; communicate with teachers, administrators and parents; and build a positive rapport with students.
Responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate preschool program in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures |Ensure children are supervised at all times |Communicating with parents and members of the community.
