- Send out end of shift reports to the management team on line performance and efficiencies. Report any major issues that result in line down time in excess of 15 minutes and document corrective action.
- Track and approve employees hours worked and time of request in day force.
- Follow up with employees to ensure completion of monthly safety training through the company's website. Ensure that all employees are trained on J.S.A. and that lockout tag training is complete and procedures are followed.
- Write monthly reviews or employees and discuss/coach on any improvement issues. Write up and issue corrective action on employees for misconduct or performance issues. Then, submit to HR manager for review and level of discipline.
