The vast majority of my work has involved customer service and communication of some sort. I studied written communication and have employed those skills in interacting with customers. I’m friendly, industrious, and accept feedback gratefully. I’ve been a member of the workforce for sixteen years.
My experience in customer service goes as far back as my high school job as a bagger for what is now Sprouts, but includes all my work from 2013 until the present day. In that time, I’ve worked as a service technician in carpet cleaning and pest control, as a crew member at Trader Joe’s, and a membership counselor at LA Fitness. In my work as a technician, I communicated with customers in person, over the phone, and in writing.
For much of that time, I managed logistics for 180 accounts every month and operated a company vehicle. I’ve also handled the signing and explanation of legally binding service contracts.
From 2011 to 2013, I was fortunate to have worked as a technical writer for Previsionary, Inc. There I employed my writing ability to produce five patent applications and a user manual for a web application.
I’m computer literate, and I’m able to learn any software I’m unfamiliar with at a reasonable rate. I’m personable and interact well with clients and colleagues. I’m concise in my communication, whether verbal or written. I also make a point to keep my appearance professional and appropriate for any office or workplace.
