I intentionally pursued my education in estimating by working summers as a 1099 construction worker in the fields of Demolition, Glazing and Mitigation, while as a fulltime instructor with Miami Dade County Public Schools. My firsthand experience is supplemented by my education, Mater's in Public Administration, previous licensing as a real estate agent and Life, Medical and Annuity Agent.
I have been an estimator for 3 years, and an Appraiser for 1 year.
I'm looking for a fulltime career where my knowledge and expertise would be of the utmost benefit.
My previous experience in Sales and customer Service has afforded me the skills necessary to collaborate with both attorneys and contractors.
Estimator and Appraiser: Scope One Estimates & Appraisals
Mitigation work (Tarp/ Shrinkwrap/ Dehumidifiers/ Fans installation): Azure Restoration
Glazing (Window and Door Installation): Florida Hurricane Protection
4 years (Although, I have been familiar with construction since the age of 18 helping family and friends)
Public Policy and Administration. (School)
Familiar with Finance, Negotiation, & Contracting (Equivalent to an MBA, with the exception of lack of focus upon Marketing replaced by focus upon Human Resorces)
