As a CAD Architectural Designer, I specialize in utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup to prepare schematic designs, design development, and construction documents. I work closely with Architects, Project Managers, contractors, and consultants to produce and implement design and construction packages, as well as impactful presentations.

I can manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity, where I handle design problems that demonstrate high-level drafting skills, and ensure efficient project organization. I coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams to address and solve any issues that arise throughout the process.

I can review proposals and contracts, and ensure plans and specifications align with the design intent. I also anticipate and resolve potential construction challenges, continuously striving to improve existing methods, products, and services.
