John Papaianni

My name is John Papaianni, and I am a student at Pennsylvania College of Technology studying Residential Construction Management. I have a strong interest in construction, business, and project management, and I enjoy gaining hands-on experience in the field. My goal is to continue building my knowledge of the construction industry and eventually use my experience to manage and grow a successful construction company.

I have gained hands-on experience in residential construction through working on a variety of projects, including decks, kitchens, drywall, framing, doors, pavers, and other home improvement work. I have also worked directly with customers, helped estimate jobs, purchased materials, and managed projects from start to finish. Through that, I have been able to build both my construction skills and my understanding of the business side of the industry.

These experiences have helped me become more comfortable solving problems on the job site, communicating with customers, and taking responsibility for completing quality work.

I’m currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Residential Construction Management at Pennsylvania College of Technology. My education combines construction knowledge, project management, and the business side of the industry, helping prepare me for a career in residential construction and management.
