My name is John “Jack” Sawyers. First and foremost, I am a man after God's own heart. This disposition creates in me an exemplary work ethic and desire to always be the best I can be. I have the perfect balance of work experience and quality education. I am the one who stays late to make sure everything is completed and done right. I am the one to make you laugh when it's time to celebrate, and the one to inspire improvement when it's time to evaluate performance.

I have over 18 years of law enforcement experience. Serving as a Senior Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, SWAT, Forensic Photographer, DARE Instructor, "DUI/Speed Kills" High School Presenter, and Modern Case Law Instructor. I served over 4,800 hours as a Field Training Officer.

I earned my Masters degree in Criminal Justice, and my Bachelors degree in CJAD. I graduated with honors, magna cum laude. I have over 500 hours of continued education to maintain WA, and KS state certification. Additional, most relevant certifications include Field Training Officer, DARE Instructor, Marine Enforcement, Modern Case Law and Drug Recognition Expert.
