I am a pragmatic, experienced healthcare professional with over two decades in the sterile processing/ surgical services field. I am devoted to improving the patient experience through service excellence and patient advocacy. My specialties include Orthopaedic and Neuro Trauma Systems, as well as cardio-thoracic systems. I am quite adept at Processes Improvement both for SPD, as well as surgical services at large. I am Lean Six Sigma Certified. I have experience with Value Stream Mapping and Pascal Metrics. I am a proficient Super-user for both Censitrac & SPM MIcroSystems programs and I am well-versed with OneSource. I have spearheaded Quality Assurance Initiatives regarding Sterility Process Documentation, and overseen Verification Parameter Checks for Sterilization Processes. I know how to execute trending models for productivity and processes improvement. I enjoy learning and actively participating in most anything regarding improving healthcare quality for patients whether its via cutting-edge technology to system-wide improvement initiatives. I am seeking to expand my role to primarily to include specialization in infection prevention and patient safety.
