Bi-State Development

• Pioneered the analytics reporting space at Bi-State by developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards to visualize talent acquisition pipeline and project targets to grow the labor force. This involved managing cross-functional teamwork and collaboration with senior directors and VPs.
• Collaborated with executive leadership to develop data-driven automated reports for key labor force decisions, with careful attention to human and technological processes to ensure solutions aligned with strategic organizational goals.
• Created cloud-based integrated analytics reports for the organization's applicant tracking software, allowing for more targeted recruitment efforts.
• Successfully built and integrated analytics tools and statistical models into various business functions, reversing a multi-year trend of labor force shrinkage in key operations positions.
• Coordinated with multiple departments to source and aggregate data in innovative ways, breaking decades-long data silos. This was compounded by developing resilient, systematic processes to ensure reliability for new data models to scale at the enterprise level. 
• Leveraged analytic, statistical, and data engineering tools such as Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, SQL, and Jamovi. Also consulted and presented in Bi-State’s new AI Committee to pioneer machine learning and GenAI in data engineering and reporting.

Southern Illinois University

• Partnered with the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs to collect data and evaluate the impact of the US Department of Education's CCAMPIS grant at SIUE.
• My duties included designing and implementing survey materials in Qualtrics, advanced statistical analysis, and creating reports to inform key decision-makers.
• Leveraged multiple Microsoft platforms to design automated data flows. This eased the workload for other teams to process applications quicker and more accurately. 
• Expanded use of grant funds and increased engagement of key student populations with Student Affairs functions, demonstrating the value of improved data management techniques.

Southern Illinois University

• Completed graduate coursework in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, including advanced statistics and research methods.
• Conducted an in-depth job analysis of a legal position at a major health provider.
• Designed, delivered, and analyzed employee engagement survey data at a major hospitality provider in St. Louis; communicated results to executive leadership.
• Developed multiple hurdle selection system with a process to validate cutoff thresholds, presented and defended system to external consultants.

Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine

• Conducted hours-long semi-structured interviews covering demographic information, medical history, substance use, and psychiatric disorders.
• Recruited participants and communicated research results to the Principal Investigator by leading monthly project meetings.
• Administered neuropsychological tests, operated an EEG machine, and processed ERP data.
• Maintained lab by managing supplies and participating in EHS inspections, which requires significant attention to detail.
• Improved participant retention by creating new ascertainment reports and developing innovative procedures to improve participant retention.

Mizzou Alternative Break

• Planned, organized, and executed 10-day service trips across the country. Responsibilities included budgeting, selecting, and contacting service partners, and delegating activities to participants.
• MAB Site Leader duties required utilizing teamwork, strong decision-making skills, and the flexibility to handle unexpected obstacles.
• Developed work plans for team members to maximize productivity and add clarity to current roles while considering individual attributes.
• Prepared comprehensive written reports for administration, project planning, and budgeting. Successfully managed different personalities and competing interests within the group.

• Assisted professors and graduate students in cleaning and analyzing test data from their projects, primarily utilizing SPSS.
