My work experience is mainly construction I was a foreman at my last job. I also estimated properties painted them stripe them, layed them out. I supervise the crew made sure all the work was done correctly and on time I talked with the leasing offices with customers letting them know the project scope keeping them updated.

I inventory make sure we had enough pain for every job when I did estimate I had a system I will put in all the footage. Make sure everything looked right. Sent it to the customer. Give them a call a day later and let them know.

We have submitted a bid. I also have a background and using thermal carts. And power washing I’ve done all the work and I’ve estimated. So I know what’s realistic and what’s unrealistic. The last thing I’ll put here is I used to also do the scheduling.
