Responsible for the overall success of the flagship community, The Huntington. The Huntington was a luxury high-end mid-rise in Plano, Texas specializing in white-glove service and extremely high standards. Daily responsibilities included inspecting the community, amenities, and all show units, followed by morning meetings with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure expectations were being met and compliance with budget parameters.

The Huntington was successful in increasing NOI and NCCF by 19% and delivered a positive ROI for ownership group.
