Supervised total construction effort to ensure projects were constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Included interfacing with clients, architects and contractors. Planed, coordinated and supervised on site functions and staff.
Ensured all on-site personnel complied with project procedures and work rules. Reviewed change orders requests prior to submittal to clients. Performed quality, ADA compliance inspections and created punch lists for project closeouts.
Majority of projects were dental offices interior buildouts valued up to $2 M.

Managed/supervised simultaneously construction projects value up to $5 M. Created project schedules and coordinated subcontractors and suppliers. Proactively worked on resolving conflicts and or implementing needed changes. Reported project progress weekly and presented change orders to clients. Coordinated with clients, architects, engineers on RFI's, submittals and scheduled and attended building inspections. Conducted quality, OSHA compliance, building codes and ADA compliance inspections.
Buildertrend platform to document all above activities. Over this time I have successfully completed Regus Office Building interior build out, historic building renovation with addition converting it into two Theater spaces called The Lodge of Elgin, couple of entertainment venues and many others.
