I have experienced in remodeling homes maintenance for commercial facilities.

My tasks here are to complete work orders which range from replacing light fixtures, electrical outlets, light switches, and check for doors and window function and fix them if needed. Program door locks, change door lock batteries and disassemble door locks and interchange parts to have them in working order. Checking HVACs and performing repairs by brazing copper and aluminum tubing, recovering refrigerant and performing nitrogen tests and vacuum tests with micrometer.

Perform annual maintenance on them. Which includes cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils, checking filters and checking the pressures of the high and low sides and check capacitors mfd and fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Patching of drywall, mud, texture and paint.

I also need to check that all basic needs are functioning properly like sinks, shower heads, tub spouts, drains, toilets, garbage disposals and televisions. I also must fix the framing of some buildings due to water damaged lumber. Preventative maintenance was also enforced like cleaning of exhaust fans for bathrooms or cleaning lint from commercial dryers and changing all old light bulbs to led.

Remodel work is also my job to renovate and give a modern look to some rooms like guest rooms or laundry rooms.
