Kaseya 365 Onboarding – 15 years of experience and certification
➢ Introduced Kaseya to Midas replacing their current RMM provider, N-Able. Below are examples of the services I set up that were not being utilized at the time using N-Able.
➢ Group Policy migration from Microsoft Server into Kaseya Policy Manager and creation of multiple new policies that were necessary to ensure stronger security and domain control.
➢ Automation scripts I created using PowerShell to mass deploy software.
➢ Created MSI packages using EMCO MSI Builder, another service I brought on to ensure installs were successful and that necessary licenses and specific configuration mappings were routed properly for each managed hotel.
➢ Patch and Software Management. Initially, computers were set to allow
Microsoft to manage updates, leading to unexpected restarts. To resolve this, I disabled automatic updates and implemented Kaseya’s Software
Management. I configured it to apply approved updates one week after their release for possible issue identification. When a restart is needed, Kaseya notifies users to restart as soon as possible, allowing up to five delays. The notification reappears every two hours until the fifth request, after which a forced restart occurs.

➢ I used Power Automate for onboarding and offboarding employees. I synchronized
Azure Active Directory (AD) with the on-premises Domain Controllers (DCs). I created an onboarding form with Microsoft Forms that, when submitted, automatically assigned the correct Office licenses and added the user to the right Active Directory groups.
