Facility manager of over 60000 square feet of building space. Insured all inspections annually for wet and dry fire systems, extinguishers, alarm testing, elevator monthly and annually, irrigation checks and inspections, austin recycling trash reports, backflows for ice makers and dishwashers, as well as pulling permits for building, and water remodeling. Maintaining all electrical issues like ballasts, drivers, battery back-ups, and upgrading lighting to LED, plumbing issues resolved by me like Sloan valves, upgrading toilets, replacing float valves and flush valves, anything with toilets and urinals.
Hvac issues like capacitors, contactors, duct work, supply vents, programming with Niagra based Johnson control automated system, replacing filters, motors, thermostats, belts, and exhaust fan's. Painted outside and inside of building's as needed or requested. Organizing key structures for multiple building using Dorma system with Cothron's high security division.
High security key ways can be quite complicated and minimizing the amount of keys staff and pastors having to carry. Main contact for Fire chief when any problem arises with the Est, Honeywell Notifier, or DMP fire systems dispatched fireman.
Knox system across campus for access for Fire department. Managed a staff of five custodians to setup church activities, and cleanup after church events to maintain cleanliness across campus. Also, helped assist in cleaning when staff members were out sick or vacationing.
Assisting schedule changes to Espace scheduling software for easy of use for different ministries to schedule events. Worked with Knight security for FOB access and S2 system for access control across campus. Assisted in building of 20,000 square foot add on to building with Lott Brothers construction and Jackson Galloway architects.
