With a background in public relations and academic publishing, I worked as a freelance proofreader and part time tutor for many years. After taking time off in 2016 to care for my son who was facing a life-threatening disease in, I worked as a medical officer worker and marketer for Bergen Pain Clinic. I then worked for New Jersey Academy of Technology as a high school teacher, teaching the subjects of history, writing, and communications.
I graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a BA in Political Science and Literature.
