Hello, my name is Jordan. I am originally from Cleveland Ohio, where I started my real estate journey. In the past I have worked by myself to build lists of target properties, market to homeowners, viewing and making offers, and connecting owners to buyers. I have built many relationships within the real estate industry, and am looking to further develop with a team.
I find houses that are in distress, or homeowners looking to sell their home quickly. I pull filtered lists of properties from online programs, as well as drive neighborhoods looking for houses in need of work. I take these lists, collect owner info and market to these lists via text, calls, and mail.
Once I have a found a homeowner looking to sell, I analyze the deal and build rapport with the owner. I will negotiate the price based on the the necessary repairs, and estimated value after repairs. Once I have a committed homeowner, I will market the property to potential buyers (typically investors that will flip or fix and rent).
Connect homeowner, buyer, and title company, handle all the backdoor tasks, and my job is done. My goal is to purchase some of these properties and build a portfolio of rentals.
