• Modernized first-time guest, salvation, baptism, and prayer processes to provide clear next steps and more intentional pastoral follow-up.
• Designed a care calendar system to track significant life events/losses, organize care reminders by campus, and help pastors provide thoughtful, ongoing yearly care for 700 attenders.
• Developed a discipleship pathway that helped moved 250+ people from initial connection toward deeper community and spiritual freedom to become an active attender.
• Increased Life Group participation from 20% of our Sunday attendance to 59% by implementing a discipleship pathway, developing group leaders, and creating unique opportunities for community.
• Directed 27+ church-wide events marked by thoughtful details, creative hospitality, and memorable experiences that helped people feel valued and connected.
• Collaborated with Sandlot Revival & Coach Rac to execute a large-scale worship event with 750 people in attendance, coordinating the guest experience, public-safety team, and prayer team.

• Trained, resourced, and supported Campus Pastors in strengthening their ministries, developing volunteers, and executing the church's vision across multiple campuses.

Summer Staff at Citypoint Church (2023-05 – 2023-08)

• Spearheaded the first semiannual Dream Team Night strategy, gathering 150+ volunteers to celebrate, provide training, and strengthen unity around the church's mission and values.
• Reimagined summer after-service events to create a "Linger Longer" culture that encouraged meaningful relationships and deeper community within the church.
• Equipped a 70-person Guest Services Team to create a welcoming culture where every person could experience feeling known, loved, and seen by God and the church.
• Launched a multi-campus Serve Day that mobilized more than 150 people to love and serve their neighbors.
