I have experience in healthcare leadership, encompassing quality and risk management, infection prevention, and nursing. In my roles as Director of Nursing and Executive Director, I successfully managed a 44-bed inpatient facility specializing in medically assisted withdrawal management and behavioral health. My background includes significant experience in both medical/surgical and behavioral health fields as both a nurse and in leadership positions.
