I’m a freelance boat captain based in South Florida with 20 years of hands-on experience operating and chartering vessels of various sizes. I specialize in providing safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences on the water for private charters, fishing trips, and leisure cruises. In addition to my captain services, I’m skilled in marine engine maintenance, repair, and detailing—ensuring every vessel I work with runs smoothly and looks its best.

With over 23 years of experience in the marine industry, I bring extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in vessel operations, maintenance, and repair. I have worked with full-service boatyards as well as private boat owners, managing a wide range of responsibilities from mechanical servicing to general upkeep. My experience also includes coordinating and receiving new boat deliveries at ports and representing vessels at boat shows.

I take pride in my attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to punctuality—qualities that ensure every project I handle is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Education & Certifications

Trained at Sea School, Fort Lauderdale, where I earned my U.S. Coast Guard Master 200 Ton License. Completed comprehensive coursework including OUPV (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels), Master 50–100 Ton, and Master 200 Ton certifications. This training provided a strong foundation in navigation, safety, seamanship, and vessel operations for both nearshore and offshore environments.
