- Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic tube system throughout Stanford Hospital and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital
- Responded to service requests through FSRC and Maximo asset management software

- Lubricated and cleaned all rotating equipment such as motors, valves, blowers, stations, transfer units, to ensure that they are maintained in good condition
- Responsible for recording equipment conditions and malfunction reporting to Assistant Chief Engineer
- Maintained adequate levels of spare parts and ordered equipment under direction of Assistant Chief Engineer
- Mentored and trained nursing, administrative, and pharmacy staff on P-Tube system and equipment
- Resolved issues quickly and precisely to completion whole prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure minimal down time
- Interacted with all staff and patients under accordance with Stanford Healthcare’s C-I-Care standards
- Adjusted HEPA filters in patient rooms
- Followed all Hospital safety regulations and procedures
- Maintained a safe and clean work environment at all times
