- I would load trucks and trailers with rebar up to 40 footers. I became a dispatcher in routing a scheduling deliveries to 9 tandem flat bed trucks and 4 eight-teen wheelers in Houston TX and surroundings.

- As a Flour Operator we would mix the ingredients and flour to the mixer, adding gallons of water to produce the dough as first batch.
- We would keep up with our batch log and change tortillas styles as requested by our supervisors orders.
- After every change of style of tortilla, we would clean the machine, mixer and remove any dough remaining on the machines and do any quality control assignment in the end of the shift.
