Creativity and determination have always been my defining traits. I enjoy applying my scientific experience to find the cause of problems whether they are social or technical.
Often, if a particular problem seems insurmountable, I’ve found that seeking help from superiors or outside experts (or doing a little research if they are not available) often reveals a solution. I am naturally industrious, relentlessly curious, neat, and fast learning. I have long-standing interests in a wide variety of fields including artificial consciousness and organogenesis, neuroanatomy, genetic engineering, and more.
Over about four years (nonconsequetively) I've worked in a number of different research laboratories and have both academic and professional experience. I am ambitious, driven, and have led several different short-term projects in the areas of computational biology, molecular biology and neurobiology. I am now looking to gain more industry experience working on a long-term project where I can expand my limits and push the boundaries of both biological sciences and research efficiency alongside industry veterans.
I have a bachelors degree in biomedical engineering with a minor in cell and molecular biology from the University of Texas at Dallas. For most of bachelors I was engaged in molecular biology research of one kind or another.
