Joseph Mayer

I've held supervisory roles as well as frontline floor positions in warehouses, including UPS. I helped start a maintenance program for a company. I also led a team of painters and worked hand in hand with the owner. I'm hard working and goal driven. If there's a skill I don't have, then I will learn it.

I worked as a supervisor at UPS for several years, starting in the primary, or unload, moved to the loops, or recirculation, and ended in IE, load planning. I also worked for Ingredion as a mechanic/operator, where I was in charge of large parts of a food production line. That job required me to work swing shift with lots of overtime, I also had to know the process inside and out in order to keep things running smoothly.

I worked at metal fabrication shop, this is where I assisted in creating a maintenance program. And finally, I worked as foreman for a commercial painting company where day to day operations and finances were my responsibility.

I graduated High School, and attended University for a bit. Switched majors and finished an associates degree in applied science.
