Most of my experience has been in the customer service industry. I am looking to branch out from the industry, using my skills as a quick learner and one who prides themselves on their personal accountability to get a job done without sacrificing safety or professionalism.

Owner & Operator at Mohave Valley Pools (2023-01 – Present)

I started this small business in the beginning of 2023. I do plan on continuing to build this business over time. Duties include cleaning a client's pool and/or spa. I do use simple chemicals in this process as well as necessary protective equipment. I am in the process of also learning to do more of the maintenance that goes along with the pool pump systems in order to accommodate all areas that can influence the clarity and cleanliness of the pools and/or spas.

Integrated Pest Maintenance (IPM) Lead at Medical Investor Holdings (2020-07 – Present)

When I first started for the company, I began in Maintenance/ Room Flip. I would follow up behind the harvest team by cleaning and sanitizing the room, from the flowering tables, floors, fans, and walls. I would also have to change water filters, dehumidifiers, and clean ACs as needed in each room.

I would make small repairs or replacements on a regular basis when not helping flip the room for repopulation. In a short four months I was promoted and given a raise and became the IPM Lead as well as at the time the entire department. These duties included mixing chemicals, using said chemicals to sanitize rooms on a heavier level then my previous position.

I was also tasked with pest prevention and removal and maintaining a healthy environment for the plants, which includes identifying pests, possible molds or fungi that were good and bad for the plants. I would also use chemicals for treatment of issues that presented themselves as harmful to the plants. I would also have to use and maintain my equipment, which includes paint sprayers, submersible pumps, and any other tools or equipment needed to complete tasks as they were given.

Along with this I would voluntarily jump in with other departments to help.

Such as: Defoliation, Repopulation, Packaging, and the Processing team. Within the Processing team, I would help with sorting, destemming, trimming as well as working with new equipment like Mobius (a trimming machine). I also helped with weighing and bagging products, for sales and shipment.

Window Replacement Tech at Safelite Auto Glass (2021-01 – 2021-08)

For a six-month period, I needed to supplement my income as Covid was still an issue in California, where Medical Investor Holdings is located. My hours were cut quite short for around 6 months. As the hour became available, I did work both jobs for about a month or two before returning to Full Time status at Medical Investor Holdings in Needles, Ca. During my employment at Safelite I was responsible for driving a company vehicle to and from different personal and privately owned locations.
