Joshua Allison

I’m an experienced Audio-Visual Technician with a background in live events, hotel AV, and corporate productions. I handle audio, video, and lighting systems setup, troubleshooting, and operation to ensure seamless events and presentations. With a foundation in audio engineering and technical coordination, I bring precision, reliability, and strong client communication to every project.

I have several years of experience as an Audio-Visual Technician and Lead, working with companies such as Encore at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas and GES in Electrical Operations. My work includes setting up, operating, and troubleshooting professional audio, video, and lighting systems for large-scale corporate events, conventions, and live productions. I’m skilled in signal flow, stage operations, and live sound mixing, and I take pride in delivering seamless, high-quality technical experiences for clients.

My background also includes leadership roles, coordinating crews, and ensuring that each event runs efficiently and safely.

I am in progress of an Associate of Arts in Business Law from the College of Southern Nevada and completed specialized technical training in Audio Engineering at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences (CRAS). My education combines strong business and technical foundations, preparing me to handle both the creative and operational sides of the AV industry.
