Josmari Arroyo

ABA professional with several years of experience supporting children, families, and clients in behavioral and educational settings. I hold a master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science. In addition to my ABA experience, I have a background in customer service and administrative support as a bilingual Health Assistant, where I developed strong skills in communication, organization, scheduling, client support, and working with diverse populations.

I’m passionate about helping others and creating positive, supportive experiences for the individuals and families I serve. My combined clinical, administrative, and customer service experience has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and work collaboratively with a team. I’m dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, bilingual, and eager to continue growing within ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, client services, and administrative roles.
