- Set up and operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines (Amada ENSIS-4020J) and Amada CNC Punch by loading programs using Radan CAD/CAM, adjusting, cutting parameters, and preparing raw materials.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure accurate and high-quality cuts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances.
- Perform routing maintenance such as cleaning lenses, nozzles, slag trays, sharping tools, testing special punches and reporting mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily output goals and maintain steady workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately.
