SUSHI CHEF,
‣ Communicate with coworkers in the kitchen and the waitress to finish the orders.
‣ Check and ensure everything we made was correct and perfect for customers.
‣ Prepare and manage fish, sauces, vegetables, and other for making the sushi rolls.
‣ Responsible to the customer for any questions or some additional.
‣ Check stock and order ingredients for day by day and some for the whole week.
‣ Prepare fish and sushi rolls for catering or sushi special.
‣ Making omakase nigiri and high volume sushi production.
‣ Plan menus and cook Japanese style dishes and other foods according to recipes.
