Julia Hanna

I have 6 years of experience in real estate, title, and mortgages. I absolutely loved my time in title but unfortunately they didn't have any positions for me to move in to in the company that I was with at the time. I am returning to school for a degree in marketing but it will not interfere with my work or work hours.

I'm fairly outdoorsy as far as living in Utah goes. I love being up in the mountains and trail running when the weather allows and hammocking as high as I can get with a good book.

I assisted 5 loan officers in closing over $60m in 2022 by project managing the timeline and documentation needed. I improved processing and underwriting turnaround by 2 day son average by creating documentation templates for borrowers. I enabled 10% more loan volume in a key geography by researching and presenting new loan programs outside of the brokerage.

I am currently pursuing a bachelors in Marketing at Utah State University
