I’m a Business Administration and Economics student at ISU, graduating this December. With eight years of customer service experience and hands‑on work as an administrative intern for a small business, I’ve developed a strong foundation in communication, problem‑solving, and supporting both customers and internal teams. This last summer, I worked as an administrative intern for a small business, supporting daily operations, organizing customer and vendor information, and assisting with internal processes. I also served as the Marketing Chair for Beta Gamma Sigma, leading event planning, managing social media content, and coordinating member engagement initiatives.
