Taking my career into a parallel road to recruiting, I became a Partnership Development associate where I build no-cost, no commitment relationships with TA, People Officers, and HR who hire remote candidates in Oklahoma for a state funded workforce agency while simultaneously helping participants of the agency's workshop overcome employment barriers.
