I have a Master of Public Health with a background focused on leadership, community health, and improving systems that serve diverse populations. Throughout my career, I've found that a lot of my work naturally connects to quality improvement—whether that's improving workflows, using data to identify gaps, developing educational materials, coordinating across organizations, or making sure processes are consistent and effective.

In my role at Vivent Health, I worked on prevention initiatives, data and onboarding processes, and culturally responsive education. I helped standardize workflows and improve real-time data collection, which ultimately reduced training time by 66%. I also gained experience working with clinical documentation and translating and verifying Spanish-language clinical documents for accuracy.

Currently, as a Practice Lead, I coordinate operations, resources, partnerships, and team development. I'm now looking to bring those experiences together in a dedicated quality improvement role where I can work more directly with data, compliance, auditing, and process improvement.
