I enjoy customer service a lot, I don't mind handling phones and email at the same time, I always use spell check to make sure that all of my messages and emails some professional. I have two kids one 18 and 28, I do have a private office in my home so I can have complete quietness if need be. I'm 59 years old and I just need some sort of income to help for the next 5 to 10 years.
I've always worked with customer service, I used to work for Global Airport parking where I would do reservations control fussy or not happy customers also charge cards do end of day balances and stuff like that,. My last job was working for a handicap program where I would do customer service for people that bought items and handle all the ins and outs of what they needed and what they needed corrected all while doing emails and phone calls.
I'm 59 as I've said so my education was quite a while ago in Canada before I moved to the US when I was 17 so I just graduated high school and then did training here in the states as a vet tech and customer service.
