Through the teachings of my time at the University of Texas at Austin, I was able to garner knowledge on many topics including communication, sports ethics, sports physiology, and sports management. It was through the teachings of these topics that I was able to further my understanding and importance of my core values, these being transparency, accountability, and fairness. Transparency has become one of the more important values for me given that withholding information can lead to damaging one’s image, which is not a desired outcome and can lead to the downward spiral of an institution.

Accountability and fairness are both very important values to me as well since both are needed to have a well-functioning team and organization. These three values are the basis for my person, and it is through these that I make ethical and informed decisions. Through the experience and knowledge that I have accumulated over the years, I would prove to be a valuable addition for any institution that I am employed and welcome any opportunity that could use my qualifications.
