• At Hale IDEX corp. I have been in the finals assembly area where I build valves and manifolds to install on pumps. Drop SIZEMORE/ HALE aluminum body's onto pump including top mounts, sidekicks, speedlay, crosslay units, etc. for PIERCE, FOUTS, E-ONE, SUTPHEN URBANA, US FIRE, DEPENDABLE ( including all Canadian modules), FERRARA, and SUTPHEN WEST.
• Build and install push pull rods, install panels and electrical components such as (TPG's, gauges, lights, TVR's, PPG's, AKron electrical valves, SAM all electric pumps, Digital level gauges, ETC.)
• Assemble, Install, Diagnose, run and repair electrical pump control harness.
• Assisting pump and electrical engineers in problem solving of pump modules when needed.
• Followed pump module thru Quality control inspection (Q.A.) repaired any faults/ GIG's with pump module before Hydro test.
• Controlled all adjustments or repairs needed after Hydro test prior to shipping pump module out to the customer.
• Stayed up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, codes/regulations changes related to plumbing/ fire protection engineering field
• Managed multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints
• Performed detailed calculations to determine the required pipe sizes, sprinkler head spacing, water flow rates, and hydraulic system design

Diesel Technician - Rev group - Ocala, FL

• Worked on pumps and valves from Waterous, Akron, Darley, and Hale. Replaced and repaired volutes, manifolds, T-cases, TPG's including removing water tanks and foam tanks for welders and repairs.
• Worked on 4 section ladders steel and aluminum including Brontos, would completely disassemble ladders for repairs and 3rd party inspections. Would replace entire cables and electrical harnesses and components. Completed repairs and P.M.s on all ladders components.
